Christmas Eve 2008

All our Christmas fun was spent all month but we really started enjoying our family fun Christmas Eve morning when the girls got to open a few presents that they had gotten for each other and a few from Charley and I. Kylee picked out a Snow White Barbie for Katie and Katie picked out a write a book art kit for Kylee. They were really excited about that. Then we had them open a gift to both of them from Charley and I. We were both really excited about this gift. It was a night stay at the Great Wolf Lodge on Christmas night. We got them new swim suits and pictures of the hotel and water park to put in the package,Kylee understood what it was and kept saying thanks over and over. They tried on their suits and kept them on the rest of the morning. I will post more about our fun their later. We also enjoyed the Christmas Eve Candlelight service at church. When we got home from church Kylee wrote Santa a letter, the girls chose a yummy Santa cookie and milk to sit out for him. Then we spread reindeer food on the front yard. We settled in for the night with reading Twas the night Before Christmas and The Christmas story. The girls were so tired they were out cold by 8:30. Yea!!! Because mommy and daddy were so tired too!!
