First Basketball Game-Wonder Girls and MORE

We have been busy this month with the start of Basketball. Kylee is playing Basketball for the first time ever. She was so excited to start the season. She has lots of friends on her team and the coaches are some of our closest friends so fun all around. The first game came and was a total induction into basketball. The team we played blew us out of the water...32-4. The girls still had fun and have a lot to learn but will get there. I was proud of how Kylee kept trying and did her best. I can't wait to see what the rest of the season has to bring. Grandma and Grandad came to cheer Kylee and the Wonder Girls on! All the little siblings had just as much fun on the sideline playing and cheering also.

Another thing the girls love to do is play Beauty Shop and most the time I am the subject of makeup all over my face but this time Charley got to join in on the fun:) I love all the signs and even had a foot bath to go with our Beauty shop!

Another fun thing we get to do is skype our Meme and Pops. The girls think this is the coolest thing ever. They are hilarious while skypeing running around the house finding things to show them, dressing up and acting crazy!

Another HUGE thing I have been doing is Girl Scout Cookie Mom. It has been a hard job and lots of time and effort go into it but I am always glad to help out. Kylee got to do a booth sale this week and had a fun time selling some cookies. My home is home to 842 packages of cookies, Eat More Girl Scout Cookies!!

Fun with Kylee and Katie

We have lots of fun at our house (most the time) and these are just some of the things that the girls were having fun with us doing. First of all, when I was explaining to Kylee about New Year's Resolutions and what they were I asked her if she could make a Resolution what would it be...She thought for a while and said learn to play poker:) YEA!! This would be thanks to Charley and having guys over to play poker the night before. She loves all social events so this must seem like a playdate to her. So the first picture is Charley teaching the girls some poker skills with sunflower seeds as the money. I think Katie ate all hers:) Second, Charley took Kylee on a date which she wanted to take a picture before they left for it. Third, the girls love to get all their stuffed animals out and play pet shop with them. They spread them out on blankets and sort them to their liking. Then they make signs which make me laugh...esp. Kylee's version or twins and "twiblets" instead of triplets. Then we get to play with them and buy the pets for our kids. They could play this all the time. We sure have enough stuffed animals to do it:) Again, lots of fun at our house!

Happy New Year 2011

Happy New Year 2011! I can't believe it is 2011 and we are already done with 2010, my how time flies! I don't like it either. The girls are older every year and we are getting older too;) This year we welcomed in the new year with lunch at the Gaylord Texan with my mom and dad and Tammy and Ethan. It was fun, yummy lunch, with a chocolate fondue fountain (notice the girls chocolate smiles). The girls love to pose for pics all over the Gaylord Texan. This was a great way to ring in the new year and look forward to 2011 and all that God has in store for us.
