Kylee's Birthday Fun

This year for Kylee's birthday party we opted out of a big party and took her to the Great Wolfe Lodge. It just so happens that one of her friends has a birthday 2 weeks apart from her and we decided to celebrate together. So both our families went to the Great Wolfe Lodge for the weekend. It was so great. Kylee and Savannah had planned this big day for months and had a blast. It was the easiest of all the birthdays we have ever had and it was so fun! There was tons of swimming, laughing and having fun just being together. The girls exchanged gifts to each other and had lots of fun sharing a cookie cake which they both prefer over regular cake. The hotel room had enough sleeping space for 6 people so all the girls got to sleep in a room together. So for 24 hours straight they were together celebrating turning 8. WOW! Sweet 8 year olds that I have a picture of the two of them meeting for the first time when Kylee was 2 weeks old and Savannah was a newborn. Happy Birthday Savannah and Kylee! We had a blast celebrating your special days!
